This house is situates mid way between the city centre and the UWE. The main bus routes for the UWE is the No 70, which stops at Muller Road bus depot, which is a short walk away from the house. The buses for the city centre are the No 24 and No 25, which can be caught from the stops at the top of Shaldon Road. The property backs on to what is known as the Purdown green corridor, a system of walks and cycle paths, which stretch out from the city centre to Frenchay and the UWE campus.The house is also situated within walking distance of the City of Bristol, Ashley Down Campus.
