Having bought the maisonette a couple of years ago, we are gradually making improvements and we part re-decorated and re-carpeted last year. Before the next tenants move in, we will be completing further works so the tenancy will run from 6/07/18-1/07/19 (though some luggage could be stored from 1/01/18).
